1. the turbocharger Installation is simple, and the procedure is almost identical with the replacement unit. The only exception concerns the EGR cooler port exhaust manifold (see Figure 2). Follow the procedure turbocharger Exchange in the manual service factory of Volkswagen. Anti-seize compound is recommended for studs: exhaust system in order to facilitate the removal, if necessary. Remember to connect the VNT vacuum actuator and electric connector. 2. the port of EGR cooler, or will have to be blocked (and the cooler removed), or the tube Garrett ERG will have to be used in conjunction with turbocharger. Part number is shown below. The set contains a unique EGR tubes and 2 gaskets. Contact your distributor for availability. See fig.
