2000-2004 Toyota Tundra Flowtech Super competition headers

This header requires cutting and welding of stock exhaust system
Carefully read all the instructions before attempting installation.
Thank FLOWTECH headers selected high-performance exhaust system. Extensive dyno/track has the most advanced project, FLOWTECH delivers in the header of the application. Owing to the limited available space in the engine compartment headers may be close to some parts of the body and chassis. This condition is normal. Installation, while no complex, takes a certain amount of time. However, additional capacity and improve the results will more than justify their efforts. Proper installation and maintenance will ensure long life and maximum performance from your exhaust system FLOWTECH. This part is 49 emission rule of law.
BEFORE launch: your vehicle must be increased to a minimum of 36 inches. A hoist floor is ideal. If you do not hoist is available, we encourage strongly the use of racks on the axles, as a matter of safety. PLEASE NOTE! The car should not be supported on the bumper Jack before installing headers, take a careful and full header, tailored to your vehicle to you correctly. Heat causes metal to expand and makes removal of fasteners is more difficult. Disconnect the battery wires from the battery to prevent damage to electrical. Raise the front end for access to the flanges of the exhaust manifold. DOES NOT DEPEND ON JACK! Use stands of Jack and the tyres of the vehicle safely support. Spray WD-40 or the equivalent on all available fasteners and fittings prior to their deletion. Disconnect the exhaust system from the exhaust manifold (3 screws on the manifold) underneath the vehicle. Temporarily remove the driver's side of the catalytic converter from the exhaust.
Passenger side: Remove 4 screws attaching heatshields kolektorem. Disconnect the O2 sensor cables. Delete the collector to the cylinder head nuts. Move the manifold mounting studs: set aside and removed from the cylinder head. Clean the dirt or debris from the surface of the head. DO NOT lift head aluminium. Place the sensor O2 with kolektorem factory to the header of the passenger side. Use a small amount of anti-seize on the threads of the sensor before installing it in the new header. Be careful not to damage the sensor O2, as they are very fragile. Apply slight anti seize, on new fasteners. Using the supplied fasteners and washers, install new heading FLOWTECH. The value date to 23 ft./kg.
