Brake upgrade 2002 Acura RSX and Honda Civic Si 328 mm

The most common cause of the vibration, the brake is incorrect bedding pads and rotors or incorrect pad selection for specific management of the environment. Runout can also cause vibration of the rotor, but the accuracy of production and control usually means range, is not a problem. Double disk grinding the rotors of the insurer's range is +-0,002 "during the installation of the aluminum CAP, and checks the thickness variations in 0.0003". Under extreme conditions can distort each rotor, but uneven pad deposition is much more common cause of vibrations. If the system is not properly bedded, or street pads are run on the open track, uneven pad deposits, causing the worsening vibration. Failure to immediately address the problem of deposition and vibration block can lead to permanent damage to the rotor. Read and understand are included in this manual bed procedures.
