Acura GSC storm intake manifold instructions

1. reduce the pressure in the fuel system of the release of Banjo bolts on the upper part of the fuel filter. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail. It's a good idea to replace the washers. Disconnect the fuel, and unbolt the holder of the harness. Disconnect the hose from the fuel pressure regulator (FPR).
2. disconnect the suction hose pipe from the slowdown of the body/. Disconnect all hoses leading to restrictions on the body and intake manifold. Throttle cable bracket on the pipe and disconnect the cable from the slowdown of the limitations of the body. Disconnect the cables to the throttle position sensor (TPS) and the map sensor on the throttle body.
3. the lower intake manifold Unbolt the two screws securing the pipeline on the engine block. This console is provided for the Suppression of the pipeline heating. Unbolt the pipes from the engine block. Delete the pipe, the slowdown of the body and the fuel rail as one unit.
4. remove the inlet air bypass (IAB), check the valve and the control of solenoid drive. Due to the different structure of your new pipelines, these parts can be used. Delete FPR hoses. This hose is used in the process of reinstalling.
5. the body of the pipe Unbolt the accelerator. Check the gaskets and replace as necessary. Unscrew the throttle body flange buttons. Remove the fuel rail Assembly of piping.
6. From the original pipeline unbolt and remove the air control valve (IAC), the temperature of the air suction valve (IAT) imported copies and on the rings. Replace the o-rings, as needed. Remove the fuel rail spikes from the original pipeline.


The Assembly Of The
1. screw the slowdown of the body and the fuel rail spikes removed from the original pipeline into new Plus + power piping.
2. the bolt, that the slowdown in the body of one to a new pipeline. When positioning the throttle body gasket, part of the u shape is in the upper left corner of the flange.
3. Screw the air control valve, intake air temperature, the valve with the rings in a new pipeline. Install the fuel rail, make sure the rings are positioned correctly to prevent leaks.
4. Position the new pipe Assembly with throttle body fuel rail and back to the head of over spikes, so of course the new intake gasket is positioned correctly. Connect the EVAP purge control valve. Due to the new intake manifold design is no mounting location for EVAP purge control valve. It's a zip tie to a safe location. For vehicles, 1994-95 one hose, end to plug into a wooden bottle and other hose end will engage in small vacuum equipment is located onthe back of the new intake manifold. 1996-01 Vehicles. see the notes below.
5. Run fuel injector harness and hose, connection of the wiring harness injectors. Connect the TPS, the map sensor and fuel pipes. FPR the hose connects to a small vacuum symbolic, that was originally in front of the manifold, but is now on his back. Tighten the banjo bolts over the fuel filter.
6. use the new cable bracket the specified constraint, the throttle body together shares corroded.
7. connect the battery and replace the coolant. Hats off all unused tubes, vacuum Cap.
8. Start the engine, check for leakage. After the engine is placed on the operating temperature, turn it off and make sure all the screws and nuts are tight. Retighten screws after 500 miles of pipeline.
