Installation instructions for the stick 2004 VW R32
step 1: Raise the vehicle it is necessary to perform the installation on a lift 4-post.
Step 2: forward Sub frames Take a glance of the underside of the vehicle and of familiarize yourself with the sub-frames front. Bar in the stabilization of the front is located above the sub-frames making this installation is rather amusing. step 3: Remove lower engine Mount find lower engine mount and remove the 2 screws attached to the engine mounting bolts and 2 to sub-frames.
step 4: Disconnect the steering rack are 4 screws that secure the steering rack to sub-frames front. Loosen and remove these screws to disconnect sub-frames in steering rack.
step 5: plastic liner has no torx screws on each side of the sub-frames of the front fender liner sub-frames. Unfasten the screws.Download
