VW Stern control of installation instructions
Installation instructions:
Step 1: Raise the entire front of the car and protect it from the stands of Jack. Never work in the car supported only by the hydraulic floor Jack. Check your owner manual for the correct affixing of the stands jacks floor and Jack. If you live in an area where rust is the problem of liberal use of fluid penetrating it will be necessary and may increase the difficult installation. If you have any problems, please contact your worker.Step 2: loosen the pinch with a lightning bolt that secures the external connector for vertical too ball suspension. Remove the nuts and bolts, and then lift the coats of arms out bar.
Step 3: Loosen and then remove the lower shock of the lightning bolt. With the screws removed, lift the fork up carefully and over knuckle armlower.
Step 4: Carefully draw the engine cowl cover and weatherstripping and remove the 3 screws that hold the upper control arms into the enclosure. These bolts are the circle in red below. With these screws removed the entire front shock set from the upper control arms now may be being wiggled/to be with the car.
Step 5: Remove stocks of weapons from the top Perch. It should be noted that there is a long-arm (simple) and the short arm (curved). The long arm is closer to the front of the vehicle, while the short arm is closer to the rear of the vehicle. Install a new weapon, the rufowa control. Logo of the rufowa face outward as shown below for the correct orientation. Tighten bolts as the arms are embedded, but continue to freely move. Not completely Tighten these screws yet. Download
