The Terios has a 1.5 litre petrol engine delivering 77kW and 140Nm of torque. An optional 4WD system is available in both manual and automatic transmission. This full time 4WD system has a fixed 50/50 front to rear torque split which results in quick acceleration from a standing position, outstanding high speed stability and superb drivability on rough terrain. 4WD vehicles come equipped with Limited Slip Differential and Switchable Centre Differential Lock ensuring optimum traction. The five speed manual gear change is light and slick while the four speed automatic is both quick reacting yet capable of selecting a higher gear during more gentle driving, aiding fuel economy and refinement.
