Toyota assembly components 99-8100 installation instructions
2-Shaft head of unit: Snap panelling on the front of the housing stock Radio. (For applications using chassis # 2, Cut and remove the lower part of the lid.) Slide the head unit to a set of aftermarket website and secured with nuts of the shaft. (see figure)
DIN head unit: cut and remove the support shaft of the panelling and Radio housing. (For applications using chassis # 2, Cut and remove the lower part of the lid.) Snap chassis on the housing. Slide the cage assembly and the security of DIN by bending the metal locking tabs. Slide the head unit aftermarket website to your cart to a safe. (see Figure B)
(If the equalizer are included, slide the unit into the rear of the housing stock Radio and safe. If the equalizer is not accepted, to snap the plate dummy Equalizer opening).
TOYOTA Camry 1983-86
Disconnect the battery terminals to prevent accidental short circuit. Remove the screws (3) climate control above Phillips. Delete (2) screws Phillips left trim dash bezel and remove the bezel. Remove the bolts securing the unit head factory and unplug the wires. Slide # 3 bookmarks for mounting into the "D" in parenthesis set # 2. Socket tab Assembly, brackets and parentheses can be identified by a letter stamped on each component. Installation instructions for all vehicles, go to page # 10.
TOYOTA Celica/supra-1983-85
Disconnect the battery terminals to prevent accidental short circuit. Delete the ashtray and climate control knobs. Delete (3) a flat-head screws with climate control panel and remove the panel. Delete (2) screws Phillips from the top edge of the frame like radio. Remove (4) screws Phillips from base frame like radio and remove the bezel. Remove the bolts (4) the head of unit of the Phillips plant and unplug the wires. Slide # 3 bookmarks for mounting into the "A" in parenthesis set # 2. Socket tab Assembly, brackets and parentheses can be identified by a letter stamped on each component. Installation instructions for all vehicles, go to page # 10.
